Using Catapult

You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Catapult in a way that violates law or third-party rights;
- attempt to access systems, data, or accounts without permission;
- interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of Catapult;
- reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the services except as allowed by law;
- submit malicious code, harmful content, or deceptive instructions;
- use Catapult to generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
Connected services and content
Catapult may let you connect email, calendar, documents, messaging, or other work tools. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to connect those services and provide content to Catapult.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant Catapult the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use your content to provide, secure, support, and improve the services.
AI-generated output
Catapult may generate drafts, summaries, recommendations, or other output using AI systems. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, sending it, publishing it, or taking action based on it.
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to output generated for others. Catapult does not replace professional, legal, financial, medical, or other expert advice.
Intellectual property
Catapult and its licensors own the services, software, design, trademarks, logos, and related intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in Catapult.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from Catapult except as expressly permitted by us or applicable law.
Third-party services
Catapult may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
Changes and availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Catapult at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice when appropriate.
Disclaimers
Catapult is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Catapult will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Termination
You may stop using Catapult at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for Catapult or others, or if we are required to do so by law.
